Our company is developing a dedicated natural circulation thorium molten salt reactor as a powerful low-cost thermal energy supply source for decarbonization and non-fossil fuels. It is possible to supply heat at an overwhelmingly low cost, approximately 1/6 of the heat generated by burning natural gas, 1/4 to 1/5 of that from oil, and about 1/5 of hydrogen, which is considered a leading alternative to fossil fuels (at the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry's target of 20 yen/m³).
